We're Nice Girls with Bad Luck

It was a taxi that was the deciding factor in Jaime Edmondson and Cara Rosenthal's advancement to The Amazing Race 14 finale, and it was also a taxi that was responsible for them coming up just short of the win. "So much of the game is luck and, without fail, we always had bad luck with the taxis, so it really didn't surprise us the final leg for a million dollars that we'd get the taxi driver that we did," Jaime tells TVGuide.com. The former NFL cheerleaders also weren't surprised with Jaime's "mean-girl" label. See what they have to say about their portrayal, as well as what it will take for an all-female team to finally win the Race.

I don't think they were mean at all. When you get in a taxi, you expect them to be familiar with the area, or at least be able to get to the destinations by calling for assistance or using a GPS. The Hawaiian dispatcher was a rude jerk, and the lack of knowledge of the taxi driver was shocking, in the finale. I don't think it necessarily cost them the race, but it definitely harmed their chances.
The finale was great, with edge of your seat suspense on who would win. In the end, I was happy to see the two other teams helping each other figure out the memory roadblock. It didn't allow them to win, but I think it was great that they didn't remain in solitary frustration and allowed themselves some collaboration.
