Discuss: L Word Series Finale - Featured

I agree, it was lame. Such a sad ending for a unique show, it was more about passion, seduction, tretchery and the importance of good friends, how they stick together, how their characters reflect day to day living and the reality of so many things we all can someway or the other relate to, the show was initially about inspiration, entertainment and the end turned out to be so sour and prematurely (by 4 episodes) terminated. Usual seasons run up to 12 episodes. I guess the writers ran out of ideas or just didnt care as much anymore. I'm just venting out as the ending was such a huge turn off. Poor Jenny, after what she did, no matter what, there was a good side to her, and her character did not deserve suh fate, PLUS, none of the entire six seasons gave us any reason to believe any of the casts would go up to the extent of actually ending another persons life no matter what. They were successful good natured adults with great traits. Im so dissapointed.

i first thought that the railing broke and jenny fell into the water drowning, but nobody mentioned anything about that. so finally when i get to the end of the last episode, where everyone was smiling to each other, it seems like that they were all in on it. then again it hits me that earlier that cop said something to nikky about how shes the only one asking for a lawyer and about how close the group is and that they trusted each other completely, that none of them would ever speak ill of anyone else. now im 90% convinced that they were all in on it. if the end really turns out to be this, awesome! if it doesnt, still a wonderful show comparing to other craps shows on tv nowadays.

Last episode was great! I've hated Jenny from the first episode on the first season. She had it coming.. Still I think they shouldn't have told us about the death before the last minute- would have build the excitement more.
