The cast for Scream 4 continues to grow in awesomeness, with the word that Mary "President Roslin" McDonnell and Alison "really good in Community" Brie have signed up to join the growing cast. Now, of course, it's just a question which of the vast list of actors will meet a grizzly fate at the hands of Ghostface.
Neve Campbell, Courtney Cox-Arquette and David Arquette are all returning to the film, as are director Wes Craven and screenwriter Kevin Williamson. But they're joined by Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, Marielle Jaffe, Rory Culkin, Nico Tortorella, Erik Knudsen, Marley Shelton, Anthony Anderson and Adam Brody, as well as the two most recently-announced McDonnell and Brie. We know that Brie will play the ambitious assistant to Campbell's Sidney Bristow, and that she "secretly envies her boss' reluctant fame and fortune", but there's no word yet on who McDonnell will be playing.
Shooting starts this week in Michigan, and you should see the reborn franchise around April 15 next year. Assuming, that is, that you like scary movies.
