There is a lot to love about this story, and I must say I'm impressed. Most Warehouse 13 episodes are fairly linear and formulaic. But this episode boasted a blend of all the best ingredients of the series, with few of the sour parts.
A lot of seeds that the writers have planted are now sprouting beautifully. An old Season 1 reference to Artie's past as an NSA spy comes back up, along with Director Dickinson, Pete and Myka's old boss. But Dickinson soon gets disposed of in one of those horribly clever ways that most artifact-using bad guys think of, and the mystery of the episode begins. It's a good start to a compelling tale of regret, revenge, loss, and making amends.
