FOX Renews Lie to Me, Picks Up Human Target - Featured

More scheduling announcements for Fox Fall after renewing Fringe last week:

The network has officially picked up Lie to Me for a 13 episode, second season. The first season concludes tomorrow night. FOX has also hired Shawn Ryan to serve as showrunner, who developed The Shield over on FX.

Additionally, Fox has announced the pickup of 2 new series for Fall:

Human Target - Starring Mark Valley (who also appeared in Fringe), the show focuses on a man who offers to become a human target - assuming the identity of his clients- as a form of security.

Sons of Tucson - Starring Tyler Labine of Reaper, Sons of Tucson is about a hustler hired to play "father" to 3 brothers whose actual father is currently in prison.

Finally, more buzz on a chance of a Dollhouse renewal from The Hollywood Reporter:

"Sources say Dollhouse fans shouldn't lose hope; that despite the show's recent ratings, the show is still alive. Whedon pitched the network on his vision for season two late last week. Discussions have commenced between Fox and the studio about how to make the show work financially."
