Gosick Episode #10 - Review

Kazuya's discovering of Jeantan in the basement in the previous episode had him being called out as a bit crazy since nothing was actually found there, but it hasn't deterred him from finding help for the situation. With her being somewhat frantic and scared, talking about her people that are being take advantage of in this way, he's intent on making things right in that kind of good natured innocence that is common to characters like him. But it's the kind of 'do-right' mentality that helps to drive stories fairly well because it's someone who wants to do the right thing, damn the consequences, because the hard thing usually is the right thing to do. Kazuya's intentions to help Jeantan certainly are appropriate since it's hard to let such things occur without his trying to do something to help. Read More...
