Keeping Up with the Kardashians: Kim Gets Herself Some 'Brothers'

Even though her name can never be separated from reality television, Kim Kardashian isn't stopping at that endeavor. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has reportedly bagged a role in a sitcom, much to her delight.

People reports that the socialite celebrity has accepted a part on the upcoming Fox comedy Brothers. Kim will be appearing on an episode scheduled to air on the 23rd of October, and she simply can't contain her excitement.

While she won't be making her mark as a new character on the small screen, it's going to be easy enough for the star. Kim Kardashian didn't need any more acting experience as you might think, since she was asked to play herself on Brothers.

"I had so much fun," she told the publication. "Even though I'm playing myself, you kind of have to play it up a little bit."

Kim might be all-too familiar with cameras following her around, but she says she still got the jitters on the set. "I always get a little bit nervous because I am new to acting and I respect it so much, so I just want to do it justice."

Starring on the show with her are Daryl "Chill" Mitchell and her good friend, NFL star Michael Strahan. He apparently made things go even more smoothly for the Keeping Up with the Kardashians actress.

"I know his fiancee, Michael knows my ex-boyfriend, and we've spent time at Super Bowls, just hanging out," Kim explained. "It's really fun to be around people that you're comfortable with, and you can just be yourself and have fun with the character."

Apparently, Kim Kardashian has bigger plans. First, reality television, and then come serialized shows. What's next, movies? If she really puts her mind to it and fights off the butterflies in her stomach, maybe she actually can pull that off. Who knows?

"To work with someone like Jim Carrey would be hysterical," Kim said. "It would be so hard to keep your composure. I would literally be like crying, laughing so hard. There are certain people that make me cry, and he's one of them."
