I will admit that this show grows on you, at first it was okay, where can they go with this, but I am enjoying this show each episode after the other, I really hope that abc does renew it. I think it has a lot more to offer.
okay, I was looking forward to this show, didnt know it was 10 minutes long though. I do not know why they did it that way, and they are not releasing all of the episodes at the same time. Waiting a week just to see another clip seems over the top, it usually feels like you are just seeing a sneak peek of the show.
A real comedy with heart in my book, starting from the banter between the characters and the stand up bits, to how Maisel navigates her new situation is really interesting to watch; not to mention just learning about the culture and views of the 50's is fascinating.
If you want to see a show that has both depth and comedy, this is it. It might be dark but the witty lines and the emotional ones at the same time have an excellent balance.
I have loved this show for a very long time, the last couple of seasons though it feels like they have been running out of content or in a sense been trying to add the drama or intrigue forcefully. This last season I think is a perfect example of where a villain is born out of thin air that is better than Reddington and it is Liz. The whole point of the blacklist is catching villains that have been so hard to catch, been in business so long that they are not even known, and here comes Reddington, with his vast network and experience picking them one by one, and now all of a sudden Liz has learnt everything he knows, all his experience, all his network and somehow she is always ahead of him. That feels forced and just trying to force an arch in the season that they haven't had since the cabal and some other ones like Katerina, I fear season 8 may be the last one but I hope I am wrong.

Feels like the show Chasing Life done backwards(I like that show a whole lot better)...I don't know the first episode was nice, tried to do or explain away a lot in one episode but it wasn't like it could reel you in and keep you wanting for the next episode.
Its not bad but its not that great either. Im not sure if it was the development of the characters or just the dynamic of the brother-sister relationship, or just the whole family; maybe it might have been the actors in their roles( I have nothing against them), I dont know but their story and emotions felt forced, and the problems between them were just repetitive the whole season really without getting anywhere productive to the story. I was actually more interested in learning about their past than to see the two siblings squabble. I hope the second season is better fleshed out and more substance than petty, boring teenage hormone arguments.
I was really hoping that all the bad reviews surrounding this show was just you know people coming down hard on it, but I have to sadly agree with them...Im going to hold out for the show and hope that it gets better because the first 2 episodes were just mehhhh(..Im trying to be kind and not say awful, terrible)
Ok at first I enjoyed the first season, the second was ummmm okay I guess but then now, I am just waiting for it to get cancelled. At this point I am just watching to just blow some time not sure how the plot of the movie has gone and become so bloated that its just nonsensical
I lived for this show, it was really funny and witty, it kinda got all tangled up in the end but it never lost its comedy or its seriousness when it talked about the events that were happening at that time. On top of that the duo were amazing, and their bond incredible
