Turn it Up to 11
Aging Korean punk rocker Lee Kyou-Young returns to Incheon with his girlfriend following an unplanned pregnancy, and founds the club that served as the catalyst for two bands with big potential. Ruby Salon may not be the most glamorous rock clubs in Korea, but it's still the place where Galaxy Express and Tobacco Juice got their starts. But while the former does everything in their power to make the big time, the latter can barely muster enough energy to make rehearsal. As each band continues on seemingly opposite trajectories, cameras roll to capture both the highlights, and the lowlights, of their respective careers.
