Big Dog owner Autry Stephens threatens to fire the crew when the rig goes without drilling for too long. Worm Cheston is able to make peace and get in the good graces of Pee Wee, but learns that it isn't always good to get what you want. Later, Ron tackles problems with Tank's attitude and has to work to prevent him from losing his temper on the rest of the crew.
