This week will be a battle like no other when five restaurant servers spend five days together to see who can come out on top as host with the most. Kicking off this special block is a career server Craig Abraham. Joining him around the dinner table are European bistro server Marsha Courneya, waiter and part-time actor Ryan Egan, sports bar babe Jenevieve Narbay, and casual fine dining goddess Katherine McRae. Tonight's host Craig spends a lot of time in his man cave at home but tonight he’s busy in the kitchen prepping for the first night of the competition. Craig is confident about winning, maybe because he's planning on serving an idiot proof menu starting with his appetizer garlic shrimp in a mélange of herbs. For his main course, Craig prepares a pastry for his salmon wellington. After showcasing some of his waiter tricks by balancing numerous plates it's time to eat dessert flourless, chocolate cake with raspberry compote and whipped cream. Will Craig be king of the world with his seafood menu or will he be swimming with the fishes?
