Taking her turn at the head of the table tonight is chocolate specialist Amy Pagnucco. She will be joined by college professor Anna Bortolon, couch potato Shawn Collins, executive assistant Nicole Pagnan, and poker player Chris McLoughlin. Amy is a small town girl who loves the outdoors, but tonight she'll be spending her time indoors preparing her Asian-fusion meal, starting with carrot ginger soup fresh thai rolls. For her main she serves sesame ginger flank steak, miso salad, coconut rice and braised leeks. Finally, for the girl who likes to paint, Amy creates a colourful dessert; pistachio ice cream and chocolate brownies.
