This week's special block will put some of Toronto’s finest Emergency Service Workers head to head to battle it out in the kitchen. First up is veteran firefighter Don Beam. Joining him will be paramedic Colin Copeland, police officer Deana Velikov, firefighter Mike Kelly and paramedic, Mark Litman. From firefighter to captian to chief, the once firefighter of the year has no doubt that he can beat out his fellow EMS competition. The party kicks off around the dinner table with the appetizer: Caesar salad made with his own dressing. For his main course Don serves pistachio crusted shrimp and mushroom risotto. While the food digests, the alcohol continues to flow until dessert is served: New York cheesecake made from scratch. Will the fire chief extinguish his guests from the competition or will his night backfire on him?
