In 1995, Debora Green lost two children in a fire that burnt down her Kansas City, Missouri mansion. Routine procedures occurred and both Debora and her previous husband Mike Farrar were questioned. Suspicions arose when Debora refused to cooperate during questioning. Police then questioned Mike and uncovered disturbing stories proving Debora was dangerous.
