TV ratings: 'Fringe' hits series low before finale; 'Blue Bloods,' 'Shark Tank' steady

.In its penultimate week on the air, FOX's sci-fi cult favorite "Fringe" is going out with a whimper, hitting a series low in total viewers after being off the air for two weeks. "Fringe" will air its two-hour series finale next week. The previous total viewer low for "Fringe" came on Nov. 9 when 2.47 million viewers tuned in for "Through the Looking Glass and What Walter Found There." Last night's episode, "The Boy Must Live," notched a 0.8 rating in adults 18-49, which also appears to be a series low unless an adjustment is made in the final numbers.Otherwise it was mostly business as usual for a Friday night. ABC's "Shark Tank" led in the 18-49 demo, with only CBS' "Undercover Boss" nipping on its heels. CBS' "Blue Bloods" won in total viewers, per usual, and hit a season high in the 18-49 demo. Lead-in "CSI: NY" also hit a season high in the demo.ABC's... http://blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2013/01/tv-ratings-fringe-hits-series-low-before-finale-blue-bloods-shark-tank-steady.html

'Fringe' clip: Walter remembers everything about Peter's past

We are officially not ready to say goodbye to "Fringe." The final episode before the two-hour premiere will air on Friday, Jan. 11, titled "The Boy Must Live." In addition to being a truly powerful love letter to longtime fans -- including a nod to the Comic-Con 2012 white tulip tribute -- it returns the series to its roots, thematically focusing on the bond between a father and son in several different ways. Within the first three minutes of the episode, we'll learn that Walter (John Noble) remembers everything that Peter (Joshua Jackson) remembers -- and more importantly, that the audience remembered. FRINGE: Watch a (Spoilery) Peter-Walter Scene from ‘The Boy Must Live’

I’m torn about the following FRINGE clip being released. On one hand, it’s my absolute favorite scene of the entire antepenultimate episode (and I vaguely mentioned that in my tease post), but it’s also, in my opinion, pretty freaking spoilery.
