FRINGE: J.H. Wyman Thanks the Fans

For FRINGE (and its fans), the journey has never been easy. The further the show dove into its mythology — and the core of what made it so special — the more the series struggled to retain viewers…and remain on air. Enter the fans. Sure, no series could be saved by fan love alone (as [...]

'Fringe' Video Preview 'Black Blotter': Will They Find the Last Piece to Walter's Plan?

It's difficult to believe there are only five episodes of Fringe remaining. At least, Olivia was able to convince Peter that emotions and her love were more important than seeking revenge. It's a relief that Peter removed the Observer tech from his head. In "Black Blotter," he is back with the team and helping in the quest to save the world.

FRINGE: John Noble Teases ‘Black Blotter’

In FRINGE’s second, third, and fourth season, episode 19 marked an hour that was "a little off the beaten path." I mean, how else could the show do a musical noir, animated installment, or an episode that jumped more than two decades into the future? Sadly, since the fifth and final season of FRINGE will [...]

TV Ratings: 'Fringe' and 'Nikita' hold steady while CBS wins with 'Blue Bloods'

Fast National ratings for Friday, Dec. 7, 2012In a night of no surprises, new episodes of "Undercover Boss," "CSI: NY" and "Blue Bloods" won the night for CBS. Once again, "Blue Bloods" was the night's most watched show overall. Meanwhile, NBC's "Dateline" boasted the highest points in the demo, followed closely by its "Saturday Night Live Christmas" rerun. The CW "Nikita" held onto most of last week's numbers from its new timeslot, posting high ratings for the struggling series. Last week its follow-up, a rerun of "Arrow," retained almost all of "Nikita's" numbers, but this week Nikita fans were less interested in tuning in for the superhero series -- perhaps because they were turning over to "Fringe," which has been off the air for two weeks but returned to steady numbers.CBS led the night with 9.6 million viewers and a 6.3 rating/11 share in households. ABC followed with 5.4 million viewers and a 3.5/7 share, topping...

'Fringe' Interview: Jill Scott on Playing an Oracle and Her Love for the Show

On tonight's Fringe "Human Kind," Jill Scott guest stars as an oracle that helps Olivia with her mission. As a long time fan of the show, Scott shared her love of Fringe  and provided insight into the character she plays.

FRINGE: Jill Scott Teases Her Guest Spot in ‘The Human Kind’

In FRINGE’s final season, the big guest stars have (so far) been kept to a minimum. But the one exception comes in tonight’s episode, "The Human Kind," when singer/actress Jill Scott makes a special appearance. "She’s a quiet warrior and she’s sort of an oracle of someone who can foresee the future," Scott told reporters [...]

FRINGE: John Noble Teases a ‘Beautiful Ending’ to the Walter/Peter Relationship

As FRINGE winds down, one of the most complex relationships the series has been nurturing — the father-son dynamic between Walter and Peter — is on shaky ground: as Peter continues to morph into an Observer, Walter is blissfully unaware, still depending on his son to be his saving grace. So what will Walter do [...]
