Note to opposing batters and baserunners: Do not mess around with Lexie Grey on the hill. In this sneak peek from tonight's Grey's Anatomy episode, "Put Me In, Coach," we get our first glimpse of Seattle Grace's softball game against Seattle Presbyterian. The hospitals' rivalry is intense. But it soon gets personal when Mark begins canoodling with one of the opposing players, played by Holley Fain (cast as McSteamy's new love interest ). Stella Maeve Cast in Two-Episode Grey's Anatomy Arc

Stella Maeve is about to crash into Grey’s Anatomy. The former Runaways co-star has been cast in a two-episode arc of the long-running medical drama as Lily, a woman who comes to Seattle Grace after her family is in a serious car crash. According to The Hollywood Reporter , Lily escapes the major crash with minor injuries while her family members are in serious condition. She's scheduled to appear in Episodes 9 and 10. This week's episode, " Put Me In, Coach ," is the seventh of the season, with " Heart-Shaped Box " airing the following week (November 3). Look for Maeve in the two subsequent episodes. In addition to playing Runaways drummer Sandy West in the 2010 feature about the 1970s punk rock band, Maeve has guest starred in a number of series including Gossip Girl , Bones and House .

This week on Grey's Anatomy, Seattle Grace takes on Seattle Presbyterian in softball. Check out ABC's Grey's Anatomy promo and photo gallery for this can't-miss team-building exercise. On the November 3 episode of Grey's Anatomy , the doctors become nostalgic when George O'Malley's mother returns for medical help after a botched surgery at a neighboring hospital. Seattle Presbyterian, perhaps? It's unclear, but it should be interesting to see how she's received in any case, and whether she sheds any new light on George and his family members. Meanwhile, the residents are inspired by a medical miracle - a harvested heart that continues to beat outside the body, and a new pediatric fellow excites Arizona and makes Alex feel threatened.

Play Ball! Seattle Grace to Take on Seattle Presbyterian!

Many Grey's Anatomy characters went all the way on this week's fun episode , which is a trend Owen hopes will continue next week. Sort of. On "Put Me In, Coach," look for the Chief of Surgery to sign his doctors up for a baseball league in which they take on rivals at Seattle Presbyterian.
