A couple of young newlyweds are tired of paying rent and want to find a home of their own. They wanna give up a three room apartment for a place with a larger kitchen, a bigger guest room and more space for their two fat cats. With a $200,000 budget, they hope they can find a house with all the above along with a finished basement and plenty of room outdoors for entertaining.
