Jenna misses her period but a home pregnancy test is negative and she thinks it is due to the stress of her upcoming wedding. Then a few months after her wedding, on Halloween night, she finds herself in the bathroom; constipated and in tremendous pain. Shockingly, she delivers a baby girl while on the toilet -- without ever knowing she was pregnant. Also, Sara is frustrated that she can't lose the baby weight after her first child. One night, she's rushed to the ER for what she thinks is a ruptured appendix and gets the surprise of her life. She's actually in labor with her second son, just 10 months after delivering the first -- and she never knew she was pregnant. Feeling no movement, she worries her baby is still born.
