As the anti-Luscinia alliance is formed which includes Vasant's forces, the Sky Pirates, Glacies, Turan forces loyal to Millia and other Exile nations, Millia, Fam and Giselle visits Morvarid to meet Vasant and Sara. Meanwhile, in Anatoray, Vincent muses how Sara had beaten them to forming an anti-Ades coalition. However, he cannot leave Anatoray and join the coalition until Sophia returns. In Ades, Fam is surprised how young Sara is but quickly apologies after Sara defends herself as Empress despite her age. During lunch, Vasant explain her rebellion because Luscinia current actions may not bring the late Empress Farahanaz dreams come true so with this alliance, they can stop Luscinia. She also explains to Fam that the food they are eating might not be appetizing due to how they is few arable lands in Ades. As Fam, Giselle and Millia head to the meeting with the anti-Luscinia alliance, they encounter Dian and her pilots. However, they give Millia the cold shoulder, explaining while they appreciate Turan joining the alliance, they do not wish to associate with the sister of the one who destroyed their country's Exile. As Orang starts to question Sorush about Luscinia's methods, they both been inform to reclaim Boreas. Boreas is a fortress located between Ades and Glacies which Luscinia has been using as a supply route for his forces in Glacies as it has a large ship dock and Claudia mines. Vasant explains to the leaders of the anti-Luscinia alliance that if they can prevent Boreas from falling into Luscinia's hands, they cut off his forces supply route. While the alliance leaders agree to this plan, Fam and Millia are shocked by the alliance's desire for the death of Luscinia and his men, even calling Liliana a witch. Realizing they are making Millia uncomfortable, Fam accosts them on their desire for revenge, saying they should be focusing on bringing peace back to the world. But Millia tells her to drop the matter. Later, Fam and Giselle become friends with Sara after the latter learns about their desire to bring back the Grand Race. Meanwhile, Millia inspects her forces and notices the original natives of Turan about to return back to their homeland whom her officers show disdain which makes Millia wonder if Liliana saw the same thing. As Sara brings Fam and Giselle to see a portrait of her mother, Sara admits to them they she doesn't want to see Luscinia and Vasant fighting as she cares about them but both of them want whats best for her. As Sara tells them how Luscinia wants to find an "Ancient Goddess" in Glacies to finally bring peace to the world, Luscinia, Liliana and Alauda finally finds it and activate it.
