Homeowners Michael and Jeff have lived in their century old house with two gardens for 12 years. They love the historic neighborhood, but the love for their home has fizzled. Michael is ready to move out and downsize, while Jeff is not quite sure he's ready to leave. Designer Hilary and her team hope to transform the home into a stylish and functional place for entertaining, while realtor David shows the couple houses near their current location.
