On their way to Nimbasa City, a girl named Georgia confronts the group. She calls herself a Dragon Buster and demands a battle with Iris and Axew. Due to his lack of experience, Axew is defeated very quickly. With Georgia taunting her, Iris gets upset and angrily calls out Excadrill. Excadrill still ignores Iris, and with no one helping him in battle, he too is quickly defeated. Following the battle, Iris finally reveals what happened to her and Excadrill and why Excadrill won't listen to her. Iris then tries to plead with Excadrill so they can finally be a team again. Meanwhile, Excadrill is determined to get stronger and defeat Georgia.
