In this installment Ethan (Mikiech Nichols) discovers he has inherited his recently deceased Mother's home but that the property is severely in debt. He begins a search for potential tenants to help pay the mortgage when his old buddy Rob (Devin Badoo) comes along and offers to move back from L.A. to help support Ethan and live with him. After a night of drinking they come home to post the world's drunkest "seeking roommate" craigslist ad.
