Abby has just moved to Sesame Street and she is looking for someone to play with. She first meets Oscar, who isn’t very nice to her. This makes Abby begin to feel sorry that her family moved. Then she meets Snuffy and Big Bird and they invite her to play Hide-and-Seek with them and their friends. Abby is a little apprehensive about meeting everybody all at once and she doesn’t know how to play Hide-and-Seek. Big Bird and Snuffy convince her not to be shy or afraid. Everyone is sure to like her- they already do! She takes Big Bird’s hand and says that she’s ready to go. She wants to learn everything. During her day on Sesame Street she learns to play Hide-and-Seek, count to ten, and how to turn a pumpkin into a toaster. She also meets so many new friends and they are all excited to meet her, too. They have never met a fairy godchild before. Elmo and Zoe ask Abby if she will be their friend and come back and play. This makes Abby float in the air, which is what happens when she is happy. Abby is so happy that she moved to Sesame Street
