Which TV series will your friends (and the entire internet) be talking about this week? Stay informed—or at least be able to fake it—with SideReel's weekly guide to The Most Important Shows on TV. Under the Dome Monday at 10:00pm on CBS Why: Honestly? Because it's like watching Lost if watching Lost required little to no brainpower. It's enjoyably dopey, and kind of amazing to see how much plot has been wrung out of a bunch of people being stuck UNDER A DOME. Prepare to talk about: The magical egg's magical powers; how Big Jim is an evil non-genius; how long you'd survive UNDER THE DOME; whether this show can really be stretched to a third season. So You Think You Can Dance (Season Finale) Wednesday at 8pm on FOX Why: This is the strongest final four in years, and watching Ricky (who will probably win) is a feast for the eyes. Prepare to talk about: How Cat Deeley is probably the best host in the business (sorry, Seacrest); how Ricky was the obvious winner from his first audition; and how much Sonya Tayeh's routines will be missed next year. Utopia (Series Premiere) Sunday at 8pm on FOX Why: Well, 15 people are getting dumped in a pristine wilderness (or, at the very least, an undeveloped plot of land) to create their ideal society. LOL, OK. Watch for the inevitable crash and burn. Prepare to talk about: Who is mostly likely to stir s**t up; what kind of society you, the armchair quarterback/psychiatrist would create; and why anyone would agree to this, for real. Leah E. It was another amazing round of So You Think You Can Dance performances. Sadly, we also had to bid farewell to Tanisha Belnap and Rudy Abreu. This couple, who were paired together this season, were both pretty emotional as they were sent home. Thankfully, I had my tissues handy. Is it just me, or do the dancers on So You Think You Can Dance get more talented each season? This was another night of fabulous performances, and we also welcomed the All-Stars back for the first time this season. We bid farewell to Bridget Whitman and Emilio Dosal. The judges are no longer able to save any dancers, so the voting power truly is in the viewers' hands. This is an exciting week, dance fans! Not only are the top 10 dancers taking the So You Think You Can Dance stage, but they have some amazing company. The All-Stars are back, baby! Sadly, we lost four So You Think You Can Dance competitors last time: Carly Blaney, Emily James, Serge Onik, and Teddy Coffey. Which TV series will your friends (and the entire internet) be talking about this week? Stay informed—or at least be able to fake it—with SideReel's weekly guide to The Most Important Shows on TV. Running Wild With Bear Grylls Monday at 8pm on NBC Why: Channing Tatum is the guest of honor. In case you've been living under a rock, he's one of the world's biggest movie stars, and here he is trekking through Yosemite with Bear "Man vs. Wild" Grylls on network TV. Prepare to talk about: Channing Tatum's physical condition, how much you loved 22 Jump Street , how you don't really care about this show but you just HAD to tune in this week because OMG Channing Tatum. So You Think You Can Dance Wednesday at 8pm on FOX Why: We're down to the top 8 and will shed 2 more supremely talented dancers. Also, the Tatum family will continue to conquer broadcast television as Channing's wife Jenna Dewan Tatum sits on the panel as a guest judge. Prepare to talk about: How you only watch this show because of your girlfriend, but Valerie and Ricky are guaranteed to win, right? You can't imagine a world where they don't win, but what if they don't win? You'll boycott the show if that happens. The Real Housewives of New Jersey Sunday at 8pm on Bravo Why: Something nutso is bound to happen. This is The Real Housewives of New Jersey , here. People can't get enough. Prepare to talk about: How Nicole and Amber's ridiculous competition/fued/whatever is legitimately ridiculous, and how Rosie's family reacted to her girlfriend. Also, Teresa. Always Teresa. Leah E.
