After an attempt with a Hallucinogenic vapor that makes fears appear to take over Gorilla City, Grodd is detained and sent back to the Legion of Doom by the city's ruler, Solovar. In this story the Super Friends have to stop an energy draining monster which exists on computer tape and can appear anywhere at anytime.
