A row between Carmen and Jody escalates so far that Floss handcuffs them together, but they've both got places to be, and Floss has lost the key! Meanwhile new arrivals Toni and Billie get caught up in all the madness and decide to befriend Floss and get her stuff from her room. Kazima however has bought Mo a toy robot, but after receiving a letter saying his mum needs an "operation" Mo decides to isolate himself from every one, meaning nobody knows that he is badly hurt.
