The invading army that King Klobber sent to retrieve Underdog is met halfway by our hero. A mighty battle takes place and the army returns defeated. The king then questions Goggle if Underdog has any weaknesses. Goggle explains that his only weakness is Sweet Polly. The king sends a saucer to retrieve Polly and hold her hostage. Later, shoeshine is hit with a rock that has a note attached from the king. It states that he has Polly. He quickly turns into Underdog and heads for Zot. When he arrives, he sees a two-ton weight hanging above a tied up Polly. The king threatens to cut the wire holding the weight if he doesn't marry the Princess.
