Nicollette Sheridan, Desperate Housewives

Everybody seemed to want the cast of Desperate Housewives to be at each other's throats, and during Season 5, they were. At least Nicollette Sheridan and creator Marc Cherry were. Sheridan sued Cherry, claiming that he hit her during a rehearsal and then fired her for complaining about the incident. A mistrial was declared in 2012 and a later effort to get a retrial was dismissed.
