10 'Game of Thrones' Characters Who Should Be Killed Off

We're halfway through the sixth season of Game of Thrones and already feeling very woozy. The emotional rollercoaster ride has taken us to great heights (watching Jon Snow and Sansa embrace!) and plunged us into the abyss (Hodor!). Yes, despite the Snowvival, this season has seen its share of gut-wrenching deaths. And we get it. This is a terrible world full of terrible people doing terrible things. But if the body count must remain so high, we've got a few suggestions for characters we'd like to see go next.

I think Bran is going to be incredibly important to the plot, and Melisandre and Cersei are entertaining so I hope they stick around (Cersei definitely won't wake it to the end though). I've been holding out for Robin's death since he was introduced. One that I've been begging for since season one, and I have no idea why I despise him so much, is Maester Pycell. May that senile asshole rot in all seven hells.

Bran is GoT's version of Carl (Walking Dead). He'll come around. If with you on the High Sparrow & Pycell. I hope they both get fed to The Mountain.

How is Lord Frey not on the list? Red Wedding completely forgotten?
Not to mention the consistently horrified niece/wife standing next to him in every scene..

I would like to kill Arya's trainer... he's no one anyway :) He is trying to suppress who she is, to make her an instrument... that is fanatic practice... even worse than the High Sparrow, imo...

I'm so surprised that Maester Pycell didn't make the cut. Then again his nature did not get as much "screen-time" as the books gave him so maybe my vote doesn't strictly apply to the TV show. He is however a terrible human being who did nothing positive so far. Off with his head.

I suspect Pycell will get more screen time when they start diving into the mad king storyline, via Bran acid trips.
He seems to just be riding the waves, and not playing the game at all.. like he's patiently waiting for someone or something.

Noooo Do Not Touch Little Finger and Ramsey please! Lord Baelish has been my most favourite GOT character with his sublime complexity and near perfection composition of realistic buildup. Never ceases to amaze me with his quirky and subtle politics and profound inner struggle that he strives to to conceal.Ramsey on the otherhand is the perfect witty sly villian that definitely ignites emotions and who in my opinion spices up the show. Without them both show will turn into yet another llame show . My expendables include Cersei, Jamie Lannisters (though I find them both repeating themselves devoid of any potential to revive their previous strategic weight over the plot, their part in the saga will not be over for some time,) Robin,Pyrcell,Jorin (sentimental dedication looks pathetic on a warrior of this calibre,) slave masters of the prominent houses in Meeren, Tommen and Sam's father. As much as I detest High Sparrow, I think his existence for the time being will pave the way for most unlikely allegiances and change in distribution of power in forecoming episodes...so reckon. I can bear him in anticipation of future twists in the plot.

Well, after this weeks episode it's save to say: "One down, nine to go" :P Although it would have been nice to see how Arya managed to kill the Waif, I am happy to see her come back "Home". She would be of great help for Sansa and John, and I would not be supprised if she would be part in Ramsay's death. Her storyline is building up to slowly compared to the others ,I'd say there is something big going to happen. She might even team up with "the Hound". At this moment, I think they would make a great team together. It's a shame this season is only going to last for two more episodes. We will probably end up having to wait an entire year for the thing we want to see happen.

Seriously, i am always surprised at how little happens over an entire season. I think Sansa should take out Ramsay at this point.

I too will be pleased to see Arya teaming up with 'Hound' again; now that the latter seems to come to terms with his past and inlined to choose path of his calling, as I never thought prior srason would be the last of him. I truly wish this season would cheer fans with unpredictable closures as it appears to disappoints us with lack of action so far. I would be entirely pleased to see Cersei's definite and unquestionable fall and hopefully death by the end of this season, if only that would be possible

Agree not enough happens over the Season. Of course I haven't read the books so maybe it matches pretty well. I do wish the seasons were a few episodes longer.
YAY for the death of Ramsey! I did like that he was such an arsehole but come on, you know a dude like that just has to meet with a nasty end. Sansa dealt perfectly with Lord Ramsey.
Agree with another poster that Little Finger needs to stay. He is one of those characters that always has a back door, a way out, an alibi, something sneaky and devious.
No one, I repeat NO ONE will ever kill my precious Tyrion! Peter Dinklage is the best damn actor in the whole show!
If the God of Light smites him than I may have to stop watching...

Melisandre - if they make her go back to more of how she was then she can stay. Otherwise, besides resurrecting Snow she has had no point to exist this season. "Bearable" please, she has been relegated to a no body now. Why wasn't she on the battlefield with Snow to help in the fight against Ramsay! She could have done something. Obviously, the God of Light wanted Snow alive and used her to make it so, so why not help him with the battle he was outnumbered in? Again haven't read the books but from what I understand the show is very liberal with the story lines. She could have made a huge difference, the show did not use her like they should have this season.
Bran - he needs to stay, we are running out of Starks! They are key to the story I can feel it. Bran is a teenager, a poor helpless (or is he) crippled teenager. Teenagers always think they know best and are doing the right thing when we all know they don't. He has future - don't kill the kids!
