With another spin off in the works and cast leaving, I don't think its lost its edge at all.

Love Kat Dennings but she's not as edgy as Max anymore
Season 2 is what hooked me. I stomached season 1 but as soon as Finn was killed I was all in. Season 1 felt very high school melodrama with all the teen angst and bed hopping

Television has changed!! This show has shone a light on the wonderful work being done by superb actors and vivid storytelling. Headed up by the incomparable Taraji P Henson & Terrence Howard, I could not picture anyone else playing these self-absorbed, power hungry exes. Musically epic which only adds to the success.
Really enjoying this show. I hope they get a second season. Mary Elizabeth Winstead is fab and Im wondering why she hasn't been in more stuff for me to see. Great cast and premise considering the political climate at the moment.
