ok i never read the books but was intrigued by the premise! Then I watched it womp womp womp! The acting is so bad! McNamara annoys me the most and thats not a good start...and im a bit tired of the whole "im too stubborn to listen to people tell me about the supernatural that is clearly taking place even after proven to me and im gonna do my own thing cause I obviously know best" start to these stories....or maybe its just that McNamara sucks at being believable? She seems sweet but this isnt a good performance...granted its the 1st episode but i also feel its too scattered information wise...I may watch a few more episodes to see if it redeems itself at least in story...or for some Matthew Daddario eye candy (watch No Kiss List lol)

This show is becoming one of my favs hands down! Its filling my glee void but also allowing me to feel like an adult...well sorta lol Probably the only comedy I am still excited to watch these days as I have fallen into a drama craze. Rachel Bloom is everything! I love her physical humor and everything feels relatable but outrageously ridiculous at the same time. Looking forward to how this show plays out!
