Author of the book Axing My Exes and blogger of Jerrica's Jerks. I love to write, laugh, and be outside. TV shows over movies any day. If I could strap a screen to my face while gardening and simultaneously write, my life would be complete. TV, for myself, is not to escape but to inspire.
Get into the minds of the dead to solve crime or unanswered questions for a secret government agency. Yes, please! A show with an original concept, mystery, intelligence and whit with a great newbie cast! Wait, is this ABC Family?
Returned was shipped out, and Whispers hauled in. With a similar feel to both series, not sure this one will last either. When can we get a show that includes abnormal activity without the procedural feel?
A cold but seductive role for Christina Ricci playing the murderous Lizzie Borden. The mini-series had loads of potential but not enough to generate popularity. For a Lifetime show to connect to its audience (as cheasy as it sounds) it needed more romance.
A likeable cast with juicy drama appeal. The Aussie male lead is as sex bomb as they get! Season 3 is losing it's momentum but I'm excited to see the addition of Jennifer Esposito. A girly show to be enjoyed on an alone night with a glass of wine, or 3.
An apocalyptic-type teen drama where everyone in the town who is over 21 dies. The government quarantines them and each "child" has to figure life out for themselves. You would think with a plot like 'the end of adults' would give this show and exciting direction, but it's surprisingly boring and uninteresting. Pass.
A sexy Ami, the spicy Kat, great artwork and office controversy made this tattoo series the OG of its kind. Once they parted, the tattoo shows to follow got out of hand. I've seen way too many dragons, cherry blossoms, and coy fish for a lifetime now. Over it.
How could you not be completely mesmerized by these ladies' lavish lives and how they perceive real friendship?! To me, the only half-normal one is Yolanda, she is a true inspiration. Lisa Vanderpump rocks my world. I'm over the Richard sisters' feud - Kyle can do better. Lisa Rinna is a great addition, I mean, glass smashing and crazy eyes - yes please!
The constant drama is nearly daytime soap worthy, but that's the epitome of a country song for ya - and they are CMT awards worthy. This show is for country music and juicy drama lovers only. Prepare to be left with a mix of emotions after every episode.
Jay Mohr takes this overused concept and makes it quite funny and entertaining. Doesn't he make everything sweet and silly?
A blah attempt of a divorced boys club. It lasted two episodes, enough said.
