OMG! I gave this half a star, only because that was as low as the rating would go. I tried this show when it first came out and it was BAD then. The only actor the show had was in the first episode. As bad as the first episode was each episode following that was worse than the one before. Why did I make it farther than episode 2 the second time around? Because I heard from more than one person it was a great show. I feel for them for thinking that. Most of it is written as very, VERY watered down versions of the walking dead. The only thing worse than the writing and the stories are the actors themselves. Bless their hearts, I am sure they tried. Asylum, which the show stems from has always taken the name and plot of a good movie or in this case a show and blindly written the most horrible knock off that could imagined. AND it got renewed for another season Blows my mind that, that happened! The special effects are, like most of the stuff Asylum puts out done with Windows paint, for as bad as they are. I do not, and can not fathom how this show averaged 4 1/2 stars here on Siderell? Shaving with a rusty dull razor over your entire body and then rinsing off and soaking in bial and alcohol would be a better way to spend the time it takes to watch this horrendous show.

Super fan of apocalypse shows. When I heard about this one I gave it a shot. Two episodes in and I walked away from it. Then was told to give it another chance. After I made it through the first four episodes of what seemed like teeny booper drama, the story came alive for me. Such great character development, amazing actors, and a fantastic story. It has aspects in it that would make anyone a fan. Hope to see the show go on for some time, as it seems each episode leaves you wanting more.

I don't know how anyone could find something wrong with this show?
Hard core ninja like assassins protecting different ruthless Barron's in a Post Apocalypse new world, opium back on the open market, tons of fight scenes, supernatural super power monks, and everyone stabbing everyone in the back to get what they want.
It is truly a show the whole family can enjoy together.

I am only 6 episodes into this show so far, yet it has had me hooked since the first episode. Tom Hardy plays this part so well, and being that his plan is to bring down one of the most hated governments of all time, The East India Trading Company, well, that just makes it all the better. Hanged pirates can rejoice.
Each episode is the same, yet so very different. Learning the back story on how James Delaney became, whatever he is, is just captivating. And the Sankofa, Go Back And Get It, brand he has on his back seems to be the whole premise of the plot, which is very cool in itself.

This was a great show that started with the destruction of Earth and 5 Astronauts that were allowed to go back and try and change the events that led up to that horrible moment. With all the knowledge of what has already happened, trying to figure out what will happen and balance all of that into a life they have already lived, yet the people around them see nothing but different people, is a few of the issues they face.
A fantastic story and show that was defeated by ratings that could not pay for the advertising. What always kills a good SciFi show, that just needed another season to gain it's audience after getting their attention.

Such an all around fantastic show. A great story and fantastic actors. Seem the Scifi Channel even sprung for some real writers and directors, instead of using what they normally get to produce the mediocre shows that plague the channel. And one of the most pure Sci Fi shows that have been on television in a while.
It's a show to watch once and then binge out on all at once when you get a second chance.

Some how this masterpiece came out about 5 years too soon. And on top of that the idiots at SciFi didn't even let Firefly have a full season.
There is nothing about this show the viewer won't like. It's a space western! Ten of the best actors that all did a fantastic job together. So glad that Joss Whedon fought so hard and found the backing for the movie Serenity, which somewhat brought the cliffhanger of a show to an end. Would have given up that movie, as I am sure all other fans would have, in exchange for 10 seasons of Firefly, though. It will always be missed, but never forgotten. And it gets better ever single time it's watched.

Loved the movies, but was worried about it being turned into a TV series, until I watched the first episode and realized it was going to be awesome. Haven't been let down yet!
Anyone that is a fan of the Lethal Weapon series will not be let down.

Absolutely love this show!
There are more bad reviews than good ones out about the show, but that is just because people love to complain.
I think that it is about a family surviving everything gets to some. Instead of there just being a single apocalyptic event, it is all of them. And why not? No one has ever done one like this. Instead of learning how to deal with one situation, every time you might get comfortable or used to what is happening, this has all bad things that could happen, happen.
There are crazy storms, then solar storms to mess with the electric, earth quakes, volcanoes, crazy contagious plague of sorts that turns people into "The Crazies", asteroids, moon collisions that rain down more rocks, demons or ghosts that posses humans, people turning on each other and causing grief because they want their little piece of the world to be king of, gas shortages, food shortages, and dragons....where did they come from? who cares! There are dragons they have to deal with on top of everything else.
The only plot is survive what ever is thrown at you. It's everything you could want for an everything that could go wrong, did go wrong post apocalypses show.

The first time I watched this show I think I was confused about what I though it was about and didn't like it all that much. The second time It was great, and the third time through it was fantastic. And I am still waiting for the second season to come out.

Eight different lives all connected together by each other. Able to see the others around you or be where they are. Feel their pain, experience their love, joy, sadness, and all other emotions. Such great writing, and amazing actors to pull this story off. I can't think of eight people that would have pulled it off or been able to put it all together better. Each time I have watched this I have seen something new, or noticed something about the story that I didn't the first time.

It is a must for a binge weekend or if someone needs to just be blown away by a fantastic show, that I only hope continues for seasons to come.
