I rarely meet a show I don't track... :D I have lists galore as I love all genres of tv, but, hey, it means I never run out of shows! I've found even more shows to watch through some amazing sidereelers' lists! Starting conversations with lists is one of my favorite things about sidereel. I love how we can all love or hate a show yet still have a friendly chat. You'll find me dashing around the site, leaving friendly comments on reviews, shows, lists and articles. <3
Very, very well conceived and executed show. Stellar cast.
It was a fine enough show, not great but very watchable. Rupert Penry-Jones was excellent as the lead character. The plotting was well enough done to keep me watching.
I liked this! It was a good show at the time. I wonder how it would fare, now, with all of the superhero shows that are about. Smallville was great.
I'm reading Blake Crouch's books so am a bit unsure as to whether I should watch this or not. Perhaps once I've finished the novels...
So. I watched the Pilot and WOW, it's so good and faithful, so far, to the novels. I don't want to watch more until, as I said above, I've finished them so this will have to wait, aargh!
The aggressiveness is too much for me, I just want a relaxing show where I can look at beautiful homes.
Just seen the pilot, cant wait to watch the rest of the season!
For a show about polygamy, this was approached and dealt with in a realistic manner. I found it to be heart-wrenching at times when the first wife had to accept the husband had to 'spend time' with the second or third wife. the way they had to hide their way of life was a surprise to me as I thought they would have lived in a community that accepted their choices.
Bill Paxton was his usual watchable self and I think he did some of his best acting here. I lost track of it towards the end but hope to catch up with it one day.
"There is a fifth dimension, beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space, and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call The Twilight Zone."
My friends all watched it so we'd have Babylon 5 nights at each others apartments to keep up with the show.
I loved the weekly get-together but after about the third season I just lost interest, but had to keep going, that's okay, they're my friends, I still had a great time. But, I'm only now admitting how I lost interest! :D
I always had to look away at the gory bits (I'm squeamish!) but I loved this show, it was, to my knowledge, the first to deal in real time and garner a huge audience. I waited eagerly for every episode and loved Kiefer Sutherland's acting. The cliffhangers, wow! My only criticism, why don't I have a phone that works perfectly, never needs charged, can do ten things at once and survive bullets and everything that's thrown at it - oh, yeah, cos I'm not Jack Bauer! lol
