'Awake': Is Michael Britten not the only one with two realities?

On Thursday's (March 29) episode of "Awake," Michael Britten (Jason Isaacs) tracked the Gemini killer in his Rex (Dylan Minnette) reality with clues he received in the Hannah (Laura Allen) world -- and even became a suspect in the killings as well. But did the real killer reveal an important twist?At the end of the episode, after the Gemini killer escapes, he calls Michael's cell phone and lays this little diatribe on him:"Can you really not tell if you're awake or asleep? I bet they've told you that you're crazy, that you need help, that you need to get well. You see, that's the thing about guys like you and me, there's no other way for us to be. Awake  "Oregon" Episode 5 airs Thursday March 29 on NBC (10-11 p.m. ET). Episode Summary:  Detective Britten (Jason Isaacs) suddenly becomes a suspect in his own case when an FBI agent, Santoro (Megan Dodds), questions his methods of tracking down a serial killer thought to be dead. Meanwhile, in the wake of her son’s death, Hannah (Laura Allen) is finding comfort in exploring the possibility of moving to Oregon and going back to school . Both Dr. Lee (BD Wong) and Dr. Evans (Cherry Jones) believe that if Britten moves out of Los Angeles that his healing will progress and that his dreams will disappear. TV ratings: NCAA tourney gets viewers, 'American Idol,' 'Community,' 'Awake' down

Fast National ratings for Thursday, March 22, 2012"American Idol" was down just a bit again this week with its results show. Also down was ABC's "Missing," as well as NBC's "Awake" and "Community." Bigger stakes in the 2012 NCAA Basketball Tournament on CBS had a hand in the shift, as No. 1 seed Michigan State lost to Louisville.FOX grabbed the top spot among total viewers, averaging 13.35 million and a 8.0 rating/13 share in households. CBS was second with 6.7 million (4.4/7). ABC (5.6 million, 3.8/6) came in third ahead of NBC (3.8 million, 2.5/4) and The CW (2.2 million, 1.5/2).In the adults 18-49 demographic, FOX won with a 3.6 rating.
