Cookery competition in which teams from top hotels, restaurants and small businesses battle it out. The competition takes a new twist as the best three teams from both sets of heats are combined. Facing new rivals and new challenges, all six battle it out for a place in the quarter-final. This time, the teams are required to create 24 classic croissant and 24 Viennoiserie in just four hours. For their next challenge, the teams must make the judges Cherish Finden and Benoit Blin fall in love with their romance-themed sugar showpieces, including two types of delicious confectionery.
