Gets better every episode, has the Entourage feel to it and i love Entourage. So i really-really like this too.

Hope that it won't disappoint in the long run.

Just finished first episode, and looks to be an interesting show, with Dwayne Johnson as the main character.
Looking forward how they will develop the story

I get amped by the football bah bah bah bah song, I love the rock... i like the chubby guy from children s hospital. I gave it two season and i think the show isn't something i much like, to bad.

It's douchier than entourage... its like the version of entourage where there is only two of them left forever.. and your two least favorite ones.

Ballers is a drama about pro football players and their workings. Mostly following Dwayne Johnson's character who is a retired football player staying in the game in more ways than one. The show revolves around money, women, substance abuse, friendship, greed and pride. A decent drop from HBO.

It is astounding how bad this show is. I admit to enjoying the early years of Entourage as an escapist male fantasy and I am always willing to give anything on HBO a legit shot based on reputation, but this show is a whole ‘nother level of uninteresting.

I always want to smell what the Rock is cooking, but I don't like the inherent sleaziness this show is already portraying. I mean, in the first 4 minutes they dropped the term "funeral ho's". Cringe. And I'm not a feminist. Do I care what these super rich douchey football players do after retirement? Ehh. I'll keep watching and let you know.
