'Beauty and the Beast' Season 2 return date on The CW website

The CW has not yet made an official announcement about a "Beauty and the Beast" Season 2 return date, but the network's website is letting fans know anyway: Monday, June 2 at 9 p.m.Fans of "Beauty and the Beast" were saddened when CW's winter schedule showed the supernatural romance going on hiatus starting March 2014. Being replaced by new drama "Star-Crossed" in its Monday-night timeslot, "Beauty and the Beast" was given no return date and had no place on the schedule. TV ratings: 'Dancing With the Stars' premiere down, 'The Voice' and 'Blacklist' rise Monday

Fast National ratings for Monday, March 17, 2014The return of "Dancing With the Stars" Monday helped ABC lead the night in total viewers, but it was down from both its fall premiere earlier this season and last spring's debut. It did, however, give a boost to "Castle," which scored its best numbers in six weeks.Also Monday, "The Voice" and "The Blacklist" each improved on their last original broadcasts to give NBC an easy win among adults 18-49 for the night. "How I Met Your Mother" also rose for CBS, but "Bones" and "The Following" dipped for FOX. The move of "The Tomorrow People" to Monday gave The CW a bump over former time-slot occupant "Beauty and the Beast."ABC averaged 13.3 million viewers and an 8.5 rating/13 share in households in primetime, beating out NBC's 12.6 million and 7.6/12 for the overall lead. ‘Beauty And the Beast’ (Season 2): Gabe vs. Vincent

It has been about a year since Gabe Lowen (series regular Sendhil Ramamurthy) was introduced on The CW drama  Beauty And the Beast ; and while he was seen as an adversary during those few final weeks of the first season of the remake of the 80’s classic, that isn’t the case anymore. Fast National ratings for Monday, Feb. 17, 2014The premiere of "Star-Crossed" on The CW Monday put up OK ratings opposite the Winter Olympics, drawing a slightly bigger total audience than "Hart of Dixie" had in the timeslot and equaling its adults 18-49 average.NBC's Olympics coverage got a ratings boost with a figure-skating medal round featured in primetime, improving on the past few days and beating the same night from 2010. "Almost Human" and "The Following" held steady for FOX, but "The Bachelor" and "Castle" both dropped for ABC.NBC drew 23.5 million viewers and a 13.8 rating/21 share in households for the night -- more than three times as many viewers as second-place ABC (7.7 million, 5.1/8).
