Blindspot Season 2 Episode 13 Review: Name Not One Man

This week's episode of Blindspot was supposed to be the big kahuna. The whole enchilada. Blindspot Season 2 Episode 13 was teased as giving us all the answers about Shepherd's identity and her connection to Kurt Weller. So did it? And was it worth the wait? Not really. We didn't learn anything about Shepherd that wasn't already fairly apparent if you thought about it. She's a high-ranking military officer? Well, obviously. Where do you think her skill set came from? ...Read More...   https://www.tvfanatic.com/2017/02/blindspot-season-2-episode-13-review-name-not-one-man/

Blindspot Recap 1/11/17 : Season 2 Episode 11 “Droll Autumn, Unmutual Lord”

Roman wasn’t eating. He had apparently remembered the orphanage where they had grown up and how he had used to feel caged. But Roman still needed to be questioned and he couldn’t remember anything else as long as he was locked up. His cage made him antsy and he had actually stopped eating because he had preferred to die rather than stay in his cage. So Jane had tried to get Weller to release her brother however Weller had been very firm when he had said no. The agent couldn’t be responsible for letting Roman waltz around because Roman had been partly responsible for the death of several agents. However, Roman wasn’t doing well in captivity. He had questions about their mother that needed answers and Jane was having a hard time lying to him about where they truly came from. So Jane was torn. She wanted to spend as much time as she could with her brother and help him remember as much as possible yet at the same time she also had a job to do and she couldn’t be the one person that sat out. Both Reade and Patterson had been at the office in no time flat and they had been working as if they had never gotten injured. Reade was running background checks and Patterson had looked into Jane’s removed tattoo. READ MORE...

Blindspot Season 2 Episode 11 Review: Droll Autumn, Unmutual Lord

Maybe it's because we're only two episodes back but Blindspot Season 2 Episode 11 feels more like it's taking accounting for another episode than a full episode itself. "Droll Autumn, Unmutual Lord" is a slow starter that doesn't pick up until its second half and seems like its primary function is to make Jane and Weller reassess their families. Or to make us hate basketball. ...Read More...   https://www.tvfanatic.com/2017/01/blindspot-season-2-episode-11-review-droll-autumn-unmutual-lord/

Blindspot Winter Premiere Recap 1/4/17 : Season 2 Episode 10 “Nor I, Nigel, AKA Leg in Iron”

Jane had tried to reason with Roman. She had told him that she was his sister and that she was going to get him help however he didn’t remember her because of what she did to him and so he was naturally suspicious of Jane when he realized he was shot. Roman had a gaping wound in his shoulder and he unfortunately, he didn’t know how he was injured. He just suspected that it was Jane’s fault. So it was easy for Roman to turn on Jane. All the parts were there and the fact she had Zip-ed him had made sure that he was susceptible to the worst of emotions. But Jane hadn’t realized her mistake until Roman overpowered her. Roman had fought Jane in the car as well as outside of the car and in the end he was able to gain control. However, Roman didn’t kill Jane. He would have yet there had been a small part of him that simply wanted to flee rather than consciously hurt Jane. So Roman got away and Jane had been forced to returned to headquarters alone. And at first the agents had tried to arrest Jane. They had thought that she had been in on the plan with Shepherd to destroy them and so they would have made Jane’s life a living hell if Kurt had been there. Kurt hadn’t had any suspicions about Jane and he instantly believed her when she said that she didn’t know she led them into a trap. READ MORE...

Blindspot Season 2 Episode 10 Review: Nor I, Nigel, AKA Leg in Iron

Season 2 of Blindspot has been hit and miss. With Blindspot Season 2 Episode 10 , the show starts to put itself back on the right track, but still has some underlying concerns to fix even as it spins its story off in a new direction. "Nor I, Nigel, AKA Leg In Iron" picks up immediately after the events of the show's midseason finale. It's literally right afterward - Weller and Nas still have dirt on their clothes from the explosion that killed a dozen FBI agents, and Blindspot wastes no time in showing us that it was Patterson who took the bullet. ...Read More...   https://www.tvfanatic.com/2017/01/blindspot-season-2-episode-10-review-nor-i-nigel-aka-leg-in-iron/

Blindspot Fall Finale Review: “Why Let Cooler Pasture Deform”

It’s fall finale time for Blindspot, so it’s time to finally find out who the Sandstorm mole in the FBI really is. Let’s take a look at what happened in the mid-season finale, "Why Let Cooler Pasture Deform." The episode opens with Jane and Roman on a Sandstorm mission, and we can really see the hold that the organization is beginning to have over Jane. More than ever, it’s going to be difficult for Jane to accomplish what she wants to for the FBI while keeping Sandstorm in the dark, and it’s super fun watching things play out in this way. Jaimie Alexander has given a really strong performance since the beginning of Blindspot, and her current double-agent story has allowed her even more opportunity to show off. READ MORE...

Blindspot Why Let Cooler Pasture Deform Review (Season 2, Episode 8)

What a fall finale Blindspot aired last night, right?! Not only did we find out the not-so-unexpected truth about Dr. Robert Borden I SO wanted to be wrong about him!! but also learned that Shepherd and Roman were already well aware of Jane turning sides thanks toBorden. Its really quite disappointing that he turned out to be the mole within the FBI, but given the flashback the show finally provided viewers of how he and Jane originally met and how he became part of Sandstorm, it does stand to reason that he would be a part of their group. Not that that excuses his part in it all, but that there is a valid reason at least in his eyes.   ...Read More... //www.tvequals.com/2016/11/17/blindspot-why-let-cooler-pasture-deform-review-season-2-episode-8/
