Never read any of the books by Michael Connelly, but this show is enthralling, suspenseful and gritty. Titus Welliver is great as Harry Bosch, an old school homicide detective and Jason Gedrick is good also, giving a menacing performance. Captivating right from the start, Bosch is a great crime drama not to be missed if you have a chance to watch. Binge-watched whole second season in a day, captivating awesomeness.

Couldn't agree more. Titus Welliver *is* Harry Bosch. I've read every novel, at least a couple of times, and I just can't imagine anyone else playing Harry. Perfect casting, all the way, including real L.A. police officers to give it even more authenticity. It's my favorite show on TV, right now. Only a month or so to go until the third season airs. I tend to eke out the episodes as I love them so much, I have to resist the urge to binge. lol

Enjoy, when Bosch 3 comes around! Given the novels it's based on, this season might be the best one yet! : )
