Season 5 Will Be the Last One

As we announced yesterday, Boston Legal has been renewed by ABC for a 5th season. Some further details surrounding this renewal have emerged today: This 5th season will be the last one and it will consist of 13 episodes total. Additionally, Saffron Burrows will be departing the cast and there's a possibility that additional cast members will also be leaving. The show will air on Mondays at 10PM in the Fall for these final 13 episodes. Source: Zap2It

Verdict Reached: Boston Legal Stays!

Boston Legal , though critically acclaimed, has been one of ABC's bubble shows this season. Luckily, word came today during ABC's upfront presentation that the program has been renewed for a 5th season. However, one downside is that the show will probably have some cast cuts made to reduce costs next season. Source: Variety

Timeslot Change Alert!

Beginning on Tuesday April 29, Women's Murder Club will be occupying Boston Legal's Tuesday night time slot and Boston Legal will be moving to Wednesdays at 10PM. Beginning April 8 (when Legal returns) however, Legal will still be airing in its Tuesday night slot.
