Noah visits the Royal Winter Fair Agricultural Fair in Toronto, Ontario, Canada to try the "Great Canadian Rosti", a giant Swiss potato pancake with peameal bacon and cheddar; a "Massive Marshmallow Crunch", deep-fried marshmallows topped with caramel, chocolate, toffee chunks and a scoop of vanilla; "The Blue Balsamic", a grilled cheese sandwich stuffed with balsamic blueberries, basil, cheddar and goat cheese; and "The Mean Green", a churro pistachio gelato sandwich with strawberry sauce. Next, he travels to the State Fair of Louisiana in Shreveport, Louisiana to sample "The Five Pounder, a 5-lb cheeseburger topped with beef chili, potato swirls and onion rings; "Lupita's Gorditas" filled with chicharron; and "Not Yo' Average Nachos", sopapillas topped with mozzarella, cheddar, chocolate chips, and vanilla ice cream.
