'Desperate Housewives' Trial: Nicollette Sheridan's Lawyer Says No One Will Hire Her

  Nicollette Sheridan ’s attorney testified Tuesday that he has not been able to get her an acting job "for several years" in the wake of her firing from Desperate Housewives . Entertainment lawyer  Neil Meyer  revealed Sheridan's difficulty finding an agent or employment as part of his testimony in the actress' $6 million lawsuit against ABC and Housewives  producer  Marc Cherry , who is alleged to have terminated Sheridan after she complained about being hit in the head by Cherry. 'Desperate Housewives' Trial: Nicollette Sheridan Describes Being Hit By Creator Marc Cherry

Former  Desperate Housewives actress  Nicollette Sheridan  testified Thursday in detail about the alleged altercation with series creator  Marc Cherry  that she believes led to her firing from the hit ABC show. Sheridan, testifying in Los Angeles Superior Court as part of a trial over her lawsuit against Cherry and ABC, started the afternoon with a detailed description of Cherry striking her on the set in 2008. 'Private Practice' Admits 'Desperate Housewives' Alum for Guest Spot (Exclusive)

  A  Desperate Housewives  alum is heading to ABC's  Private Practice . Rachel G. Fox , who played Wisteria Lane bad seed Kayla Huntington Scavo from 2006 to 2008, will guest star in the 19th episode of the season,  The Hollywood Reporter  has learned exclusively. TV ratings: Grammy Awards score second-biggest audience ever

Fast National ratings for Sunday, Feb. 12, 2012The Grammy Awards scored their biggest audience in almost 30 years on Sunday, drawing a whopping 41.2 million viewers from 8 to 11 p.m. ET/PT. (CBS says the full awards, which ran until 11:30 p.m., drew more than 39 million people.) The show grew by more than 50 percent over last year and scored the second biggest audience since total-viewer counts started being kept in the late 1970s.With that big an audience, CBS obviously dominated Sunday's ratings, and everything else suffered as a result -- although "Once Upon a Time" didn't fare too badly for ABC. CBS delivered 34.5 million viewers and a 19.1 rating/29 share in households in primetime, more than doubling the combined total for the other three networks. ABC was the best of the rest with 6.35 million viewers and a 3.8/6.
