As the manager of his high school radio station, Duane decides that Ethel would be the perfect solution to boost the station's ratings. He hires her for a "Dr. Laura" type of advice show. After sparks fly on the air between Lissy and her boyfriend, however, Duane fires Ethel -- deciding that a "Jerry Springer" type of show would be a better ratings-grabber.
