Fast National ratings for Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013CBS scored an across-the-board ratings win Tuesday as both "NCIS" and "NCIS: Los Angeles" recorded season bests in total viewers. They also led their respective hours in adults 18-49.NBC's 9 p.m. comedies took a tumble without "The Voice" as their lead-in. Both "Go On" and "The New Normal" had their lowest numbers of the season. FOX's comedies were more or less in line with their season averages.CBS averaged 16.5 million viewers -- more than the other four nets combined -- and a 10.4 rating/16 share in households for the night. The "Dancing With the Stars: All-Stars" finale hit a season high for ABC, and "NCIS" and "The Voice" each posted sizable increases over a week ago.FOX's comedies were also up a little, and "Hart of Dixie" improved on its numbers as well.
