A little girl who has been calling 9-1-1 almost daily is hung up on the one time there is real danger. When she calls back the 9-1-1 operator hears gunshots in the background and the SRU is dispatched. But when the team arrives on scene, they find the girl gone and her mother lying unconscious from a gunshot wound. Meanwhile, Greg receives a surprise visitor at the station.
