Thunder! Lightening! Ring Power! Bay Window! As cheesy as this 2nd installment of the 'World' has been, it has had some beautiful moments and I've enjoyed its journey and significance. It was probably because of all the great cameos and throwback references, but I 'ugly-cried' through this finale just like I did at the end of Boy Meets World. I do think that the show had and still has so much more potential on a different network should it ever be picked up, but I also think it's time to close this and leave it closed. It's nice that the show more or less got to say goodbye to its fans and crew on its own terms.

While this series definitely had a more childish and silly tone than it's predecessor, Boy Meets World, it was still quite cute and uplifting! We need more people like Riley in the world and we need more lessons from teachers such as Corey Matthews or Mr. Feeny! I will say that I was infatuated with Topanga when she was in Boy Meets World. She was so emotional and in love with Corey that I was smitten. She didn't appear to have that same appeal in Girl Meets World. Often too aggressive/take charge or Mom-like with a comical crudeness. She just never felt like the old Topanga to me in this series. I also feel like Eric was more mature toward the end of Boy Meets World than he is in the Girl Meets World series. I would have loved to have seen him with his sh*t together. I had held out more hope for him than that. Overall, I'm glad that Girl Meets World had it's run. I definitely feel like they earned more than 3 seasons but apparently I am wrong.
