It's a whole new ball game on Grimm after the first two episodes. Nick's mother may be gone (for now), but she gave her son plenty of useful information to help him further evolve as a Grimm; that is, if he can get his girlfriend's memory back, his partner to snap out of his paranoid funk, and the entirety of the Wesen world off his scent, where they've been since late last season.
