Gordon Ramsay has picked the new winner of "Hell's Kitchen". Nona Sivley, a mother of one from Texas, won over Russell Kook in the one-hour finale to cook a five-course meal judged by Los Angeles' notable foodies. Nona Brings the Heat to the Hell's Kitchen Finale

Knives were drawn during Hell's Kitchen grand finale as last night's competition came down to two contestants, Nona Sivley and Russell Kook. Backed up by several former teammates, the chefs dueled over Season Eight's final dining service. The stakes were high with the winner to score the head chef position at LA Market Restaurant at the JW Marriott Los Angeles at L.A. Live, a one-year gig that comes with a hefty $250,000 paycheck, and the role of official spokesperson for Rosemount Estate Wines. After a tense showdown, a victor was declared by Chef Gordon Ramsay — Nona. We caught up with the sous chef from Ft. Worth, Texas at a grand finale party at JW Marriott Los Angeles' The Mixing Room, where she chatted about everything from her finely tuned palate to handling critics. To Read More Click Here.

Luckily the producers decided to spare us with any more suspense by delivering a one-hour finale that kept moving at a decent clip.   Speaking of clips, that's how it all began, with a quick look back at the highlights of the season, which actually   matched many of those we featured here yesterday . The fights. Raj. The raw food. Raj and more Raj and then it was on menu planning and a final meet-up with Chef Ramsay.   Russell was pensive and anxious to get on with it, but Nona couldn't contain her joy, especially when she realized they were going for a ride in a helicopter. Ramsay said it was a tour of the city that one of them would soon call home, but it was actually a lift to the site of their next challenge -- a head-to-head duel judged by some of the biggest names in the biz.   To Read More  Click Here.
